Gas and charcaol, way to go. Those meals look great, it always amazes me how good food can smell we seem to not promote the aroma of what we cook enough, well done .

I allways throw 2 springs of rosemary onto the weber heatbeads when cooking lamb. Not sure if i can taste it, but back yard smells great

Impressive cook-up.

Gas and charcoal is an excellent bbq combo.

Yep, I am for the gas and charcoal combo. :)

Also an impressive lack of green throughout the photo's above.

Actually was watching Food Safari Earth recently ... some visibly tasty veg options being cooked over charcoal....

And I am with The Dane and Bronson ... smell is so important to taste; whether perception or reality.
