H.G & R Smoked Lamb Topsides

Hi,
Here is the last batch of my honey, garlic & rosemary smoked lamb topsides I did earlier this year as you will see by the date shown.
I will usually grab 6 or so legs when on special and rip the topsides off for this recipe.
They turn out well...lil like a lamb pastrami.. to give you an idea.
