rub was a bit of the last of many rubs mixed together. 5 hours was the cook, no foil. 2 lots of spritz. got a new recipe rub from the net will make next monday

What fuel are you using nowadays in the Akorn? You have been looking after your Akorn well. Still looks brand new!
