A Bowl Of Chili. Aussie style.

Adams keeps posting stuff that I have no idea on what it tastes like.
I have no idea if this Dish would even have a name.
We used a Chuck that was spit roasted .

We obtained peppers that are called Hot yellow Pepper.

We combined all of this and turned it into something we thought was pretty fine Tasting.
I still have no idea on what these peppers are ,but they do bite. We do eat Asian Sambal's often and these are up there.







We started to make A bowl in a Bowl, typical Corn Chip ,Cheese and fresh.
Oven baked to make the Bowl.

This was not Awefull.
We both think done in a Big plate this will be an Awesome Dip, come Entree.A plate to share.
We now have a great pepper to play with, its an Asian Hot Yellow Pepper and thats all we know
