Awesome side that Pleases most, especially the better half.
its become a go too in our Houshold
Wrap the Greenery in thin cut Bacon of Choice.
Grill over Coals, on a hotplate or in a fry pan until the Bacon is cooked to your preference.
Top with a Runny poached egg, maybe grate some Parmesan.
This Sunday we are doing this as a side to steak, on a bed of Corn Fritter

I must say I've never ever done a poached egg....never they have either been fried of boiled but never poached....don't know why...maybe it's something I can get into but I've just got a funny thing about soft whites...it has to be firm .....that picture looks like the whites have no runny in them but I love the runny yolk...just not the white.
Asparagus.....now ya talking Titch, one of my favourite grilled veggies without a doubt....most of my grilling on the Q320 comprises of 75% veggies, 25% meat....I reckon veggies are bought to another level when grilled...so sweet!!
