Pork Rib Roast on the KJC-JT

Brought it to room temp then lightly oiled with a generous amount of salt.

Great result Pesto3. You can see the juices there.

I took did a small rack but beef shoulder and smoked. The PK picked up heat and retained extremely well, so next time I would use much less charcoal.
