WOW Titch :shock: ...look at the smoke coming off that plate....awesome :) That steak looks awesome...I just love a big steak like this that you can slice into bite sized pieces and dippin a sauce just before you eat..we often do that..it's simple and very tasty.

I'd love to have an offset but with my current work schedule, it'd probably rust out long before I wear it out :lol:

I reckon a pellet grill would be best for me or just stick with my tried and true Webers.

Got the performer heating up now for some Japanese style yakiniku and some sweet tater slices, zucchini & asparagus...

I'll post up a bit later :)

That steak looks sensational,my mouth is watering. Talking about rusting out I sent 5 bbqs to the tip this past weekend, proof you get what you pay for they were cheap thin gauge steel nothing like the quarter inch plate in a Silver Creek.
