Hi Titch
The Brahman hump is really good, a richer version of brisket.
Probably would have been better against the grain,.Another one of those cuts that is going to become very popular and then very expensive. Also makes very good mince

We got that 3 burner gasser off of Gumtree, $30 with a 1/2 full gas bottle, is only used to cook pizza's. It has make plenty of pizza's in the last few years.

Looks good mate, love making pizza but a good dough is my downfall.
I cant knead to save myself and often when I want to make pizza its a last minute decision so a long proving period for me is out too.

Something I will be practising over the xmas break though and see what I can come up with.

Hi CB
Get onto Gumtree and look for a S/H bread maker. They have a dough setting, if it doesn't come with a manual - find one online as they will have the recipe for the right amount of dough that the bread maker can mix. The one we bought was $10 and only 5 min drive from home, the dough in the first shot is enough for 2 bases so we freeze one half for next time. The dough setting take 60-90 mins depending how you want it.

Man does that look good......I really want to get into rotiserie BBQ myself but I'm waiting to see which area I will live in next and whether or not I can use charcoal in that place. I would prefer to have the rotiserie unit to fit the kettle but if I can't use that or even worse, have to sell it, then I may have to settle for the Weber Q3200 rotiserie unit.

Cheers

First attempt at chicken on the spit in the Weber, 30 heat beads each side cooked for 2 hours. Meat fell off the bone and tasted amazing.
