First attempt at roast pork on the spit, 35 heat beads each side cooled for 2 hours. Best crackling I've ever had.
The spit is definitely a great addition to the Weber.

Hickory smoked pork ribs. Really happy for a first try.

Grew up with charcoal BBQs back home in NZ. First time in a long time though, other than a spit we hired for our wedding anniversary which is probably what got me thinking about it.
First time ever smoking though.
