I have chosen to have a go at some lamb this weekend, the cut looks like it has a nice layer of fat.

Going with a dry rub all ready for tomorrow ( have to re-install the new improved vent ring to the kettle in the morning first)

A bit late getting it on the grill, had to put the fresh air vent back which hopefully will improve temp control

Progressing well, 5 hours down, temp stead at 110c (internal temp 77c)

Jump to the finished product. Because of time constants I didn't go all the way to pulled status.
Nice level of smoke and a bit of heat but not too much.
