....and it was as "shattering" as a violet crumble.

Dried rind on a plate in the fridge for 4 days coated with salt then slowly roasted it (180 - 200) mostly indirect shifting it around to avoid flames on occaision.

knew i shouldnt of thrown that skin out off the shoulder i just did pulled pork with.
