I have probs with pics on my ipad but I use the browser not Tapatalk. Most of the pics on the ipad get cut off on the sides for some reason.

No idea, I'm just going on the the size recommended in the pic posting instructions in the welcome section. 600 works well for me.
I'm happy to keep this going in another thread - don't want to get off topic from the WDYC posts.

Threw a bone in pork shoulder in the kamado to make these tacos with avocado salsa, chicharrón and hot sauce.

Thanks mate, started using some black wattle I got from a mates place but was smoking to much before I put the meat on so I let it
turn to charcoal and just boost the heat, I ended up throwing some grape vine in and it tasted great.

What's your preference for brisket?

Gotta love a bacon and egg pizza. Often do one once everyone is full just to use leftover heat and last dough ball.

Warms up great for breakfast.

Sunday I slow cooked some beef ribs for 8 hours @110c, smoked with hickory and Jack Daniel pellets. In the last hour I did up some Boerewors as well.
