Yesterday we cooked up 36 Racks of Beef Short Ribs ( from Feast! / Meatman )

The meat quality was outstanding, there was great marbling, ejoyed by all :D

yeeros for the masses, 10kg of lamb shoulder and 6kg of chicken thigh

Now that D B looks like what BBQ Food should look like.
It actually looks that good the taste is oozing from my computer. It sure puts a lot of my dishes to shame.

yes, cheap too, packs away into a small box

i have used it to cook 3 pigs, 3 lambs and yeeros a few times, does the job just fine
