Awsome! How did you cook that Chris? I've always wanted to low and slow a head since I saw it in the Pitt cue co. Cookbook.

Somehow the email alerts started magically working again and I remembered to post.

And there are only so many ways you can take a photo of a pizza ;)

What Did You Cook Part 8 - Aug 2013

Tonight tried another South American fav. This time Pichania (RUMP CAP) Churassco style. Gotta say turned out perfect. Braza eat your heart out.

Traditional Rock Salt and Garlic. No herbs or spices. Started off low and slow. The charcoal started to die off a bit so I got out the Webber GA to get some air flow in to heat things up a little.

Cooked for almost 2 hrs all up. Did some BBQed corn on the cob and Chorizo. Mrs and kids were very happy. Little over for me. I like it rare, but everyone else though it was perfect.

Gotta say thanks for all the helpful info on here so far guys.

Cant wait to move out of my little 2 bedroom unit and get a backyard again so I can get a Komado and or Yoda.

Peace.
