The Pork Rack was an Aldi special, damn fine crackling, meaty porky goodness and all attached to a rib :)

first 12 hour cook on the wsm! temp sat on 220 to 240 the full time! (still heaps of charcoal left, & about a quarter of water left in the pan) did a Lamb shoulder roast, garlic, oregano, ,rosemary!

rangers valley wagyu scotch fillet, with a dipping sauce (mostly for decoration) as this stuff is best on its own
