Kristin wanted a Brisket cooked for a coworker. Made a new injection. I have been way off in my measurements with my sodium phosphate (way light). I think I am back in the grove with my briskets! Really happy with the taste and the results. It was our lowest grade too, USDA Select!

Tonight's dinner was Cherry tomato Penn with Domachi sausage.
This is our children's favourite..........and is always requested :lol:

Tried a search, but could not find anything on it! It has the color of a Linguica, it sure looks good. Will be interested to see...

My wife's cousin is Polish and served the up recently. If they are the same ones then it is both beef and pork and a bit spicey

some more bbq chicken. breast this time.

was too worried about it being under done and it ended up a little dry. still tasted awesome tho.

Tonites dinner was oooooh so good.

It was works burgers, patties grilled over Charcoal. On them,,,,, my home made Bacon, Egg, Swiss Cheese grilled,Pineapple, Beetroot, Lettuce, Onion, Pickles and my home made Mac Sauce

..............I could only get through one... and oh so filling.
