Roast silverside, free range beef from king island and it was bloody grouse! Marinated in red wine marinade and cooked in the kamado at 150c for about 2hours. Taken out at 130f internal and foiled for 30 minutes.

The Thanksgiving Turkey...color was not as nice as I had hoped, but it was brined for 2 days and meat was very succulent and flavorful, so that was the most important part!

Went away for a fishing weekend at Nelson, stayed in the shack/boat shed on the water. One of the mates brought some extremely impressive Rib Eyes for everyone. We only had a flat plate grill BBQ... Cooked for a few minutes, then removed and rested for 5 minutes and then finished off with a few more minutes on the heat. Amazing tasting steaks.

First time pizza in the Q320, saw it in a demo session at the local Weber specialist dealer in Sunday and the wife said lets try that!

Came out fantastic!

Ham sandwiches. Fresh bread straight out of the oven, and pickled pork in the Weber kettle for couple of hours with a lot of hickory.
