Bunnings Fiammetta ss ovens - any good?

Post by Dgr »

Hi all,
I am looking at getting a new wf pizza oven. I have been loving my Komado for the last 3 years but want a more dedicated pizza rig which will hopefully be better for sourdough bread too. Note I have had great success at pizza and bread on Komado, but just want to get that bit better.

Any way ultimately I would like a brick/refractory oven but am thinking about compimising by starting with a faster heating Stainless oven.

These looked great at Bunnings the other day. Has anyone used one?

havent used one but!
go back and have a look at the fitting together of them.
the ones I saw have gaps, to me thats a sign that they will not last, especially if they get moisture nin them.
Cheers

Yeah, had another look today, could not see gaps, but the spot welding on the back panel did not look super robust. Also the smallish floor bricks look uneaven, like it would be a night mare to slide ash and dough around.
Shame, because they have a big sale coming up.

Maybe I should look at the Maximus range....
