portable wood burning pizza-oven, my latest design
Wood/Charcoal Burning Pizza Oven
Main body is made from 2 mm stainless steel plate.
main boday size 24"x 16"x 8". Effective Area 20"x16"
with 12 V DC 10 CFM blower, Adjustable AC/DC adapter, Temp. Gauge,

If you want to use it at your backyard, I really suggest you insulate it by brick and cement
Not need a professional to have good looking.
Simply by brick and cement, what ugly it looks like, it will same fuel and have a higher temp.

If you are a fun of outdoor camping fishing, I can add a regular door, and add a flue near front door, then you can use it as a tent stove.
I can also add 2 racks to dry your clothes.
You can also fry food directly on top of the oven.It must be up to 300C.

the tray with holes does not work.

How LNG do you heat for before putting in pizza?
Just a though the stone Might not be hot enough, try raising the stone off the bottom of the box to allow hot air underneath, or, try the pizza straight on stone as you say

I may need to wait a little longer time
and I may need to put burning wood on both sides too
