I finally bit the bullet and bought a proper pizza oven. I ended up going with the almalfi kit from bunnings. Was very easy to assemble and $900 cheaper than it's closest rival for an oven with the same dimensions etc.
Just finished building it and stating to cure this afternoon so will keep posted on how it goes.

Tried to put up pucs but won't let me cause of their size. First cure last night and couldn't resist put a pizza in for tea it's was awesome.

You can resize pics easily using a free program called FastStone Image viewer - it's very good.

Gumb, I took your advice, I didn't succeed at first so I gave up. All that just upload a pic. I've uploaded to another forum that runs the same program with no prob.
Anyway oven is a cracker. Super easy to build and works a treat.
It cost me 1200 all up with paint, render etc. I did have a retaining wall to put it on so didn't have to build the base so it was cheaper.

It's not hard, just paste the photo link from a site like photobucket in to your post and your done.
