U won't regret the kamado! I had a pizza night for 8 ppl just after I got mine and handled it well! Was pumping out a pizza about every 8 mins, which was good wen were all having a drink and a fresh pizza is coming out every few mins!

Although I've always wanted a pizza oven too, might consider one in my next bbq setup but will definatly keep the kamado! I use it all the time now! I couldn't imagine not having one now that I own it.

Ps: make sure you season the kamado with a long low temp cook before you try pizzas on it, I cracked my ring on my pizza night I think it may not have been worn in long enough before the high temp cook!

Cheers

Yea I've started a thread in the kamado section. But weee do u guys get the expanders and so on.

I will prolly do a few slow burns in it which if I'm
Correct would mean little as possible air.

A pizza every 8 min would be great
Or with extender 2.

I brought a bear grills, mainly cause of the reputation dave had built with other forum members and he has plenty of spare parts available if I need anything, I was a bit worried with other brands trying to source parts etc

Check out the website, contact dave hes very helpful. should be able to source you whatever your after :)

Cheers
