Grilling on the Louisiana LG Pellet Grill

Post by Dave »

Hi,
I thought I would share a few pics of the grilling I have done so far on my Louisiana Pellet Grill.

A few steaks, the ones at the front coated in Tatonka Dust & the ones at the back coated with Bad Byron's Butt Rub ( soon to be available here in Australia )

Deboned Leg of Lamb coated with Bad Byron's Butt Rub... so good!

Amazing flavors & great versatility.

After seeing the LG1100 in action, these will be high on my next BBQ purchase list. My mate Chris bought one a few weeks ago and I was impressed with it's performance, especially against my previous Traeger 075 Texas.

Thanks Guys, I waited over a year while Louisiana gained compliance for Australian to import them.

I grilled a de-boned leg of lamb on my LG tonight.

For me they are the best Chinese produced Pellet Grill by far.

Thanks, Dave
