I was lucky enough to be offered the Demo GMG in Melbourne to have a play.
Picked it up on Sunday and cooked these up tonight.

looks real good - I love those pork ribs with some plum sauce.

I just used some smokey BBq marinade to baste for last 45 mins (Masterfoods from Woolies)
