Done in twelve hours and parked on keep warm for another three.
The profile was,
65c for one hour
110 c till internal of 94c
Keep warm indefinitely ( 3 hours in this case)
It's all gone now But I did manage a sandwich for myself,,,, and a few Burnt ends

Purely for removal. These butts still stuck to the mats but I was able to spatch them off. Without they sink between the grills and lock in. Hard to remove when it's like jello
I think I got those two frog mats from Galors. They were overlapped width wise but the depth is spot on.
It's raining heavy up here and I know the party only has tarps up outside.
