A spot of catering with a GMG DB

11 KG of collar buts on one shelf, I could have fitted another 2KG and If I had a second shelf, another 8kg
That's over 20kg  Might need to adjust the bbq types thread

Done in twelve hours and parked on keep warm for another three.
The profile was,
65c for one hour
110 c till internal of 94c
Keep warm indefinitely ( 3 hours in this case)
It's all gone now :( But I did manage a sandwich for myself,,,, and a few Burnt ends

Good job Mick, I like the use of the frog mats, do you always have them over the grill on the DB?

For this kind of stuff Yeh, And small stuff like prawns.
Purely for removal. These butts still stuck to the mats but I was able to spatch them off. Without they sink between the grills and lock in. Hard to remove when it's like jello :D
I think I got those two frog mats from Galors. They were overlapped width wise but the depth is spot on.
It's raining heavy up here and I know the party only has tarps up outside.

10.9 kg finished up at 6.6 kg cooked
