Different perspective cooking on an "offset" with native timber as the primary heat source. Most use a neutral BBQ flavor heat (gas, briquettes) and often seek something to add. Probably why a similar thread title has been popular. http://www.aussiebbq.info/forum/viewtop ... =39&t=7924.
