Looks absolutely awesome.

Great to see a stick burner using a Stoker. Would love to see how you go once it's up and running. The only reason I'm avoiding an offset is due to the mixed reports I hear about their functionality with temp controllers vs Kamado's.

Old post DAK. Use a Rocks stoker for overnight cooks that came with the Q. A fire box of hardwood charcoal sees the blower get more rest rather than with a load of hardwood... I enjoy cooking on my BGE's but the SC is a welcome luxury with so much grilling space for a larger crowd.
