i just loaded GORDY up

was gunnu do some ribs as well.

about 15kgs worth. can not even do 1 rack.

GORDY is smoke'n away and laying that wonderful thin blue on.

4 full bacon fletches.................... each weighing in at around 12kgs
2 slabs beef bacon...................... each @ 5kgs
and one 1/2 ham........................6kgs.

looks like i have to play with GORDY again tommorow....... :) .....such sweet sorrow...... 8) 8)

I spent a few bucks and got a good slicer. I love it, slicing is fun now.
