Dip - with sweet chilli sauce and coriander

Post by 2browndogs »

This combo is super easy to make, and pretty tasty.

In a small serving dish, put a layer of philly cream cheese - top with sweet chilli sauce from your favourite bottle, and then sprinkle over chopped fresh coriander.

The coriander and the chilli work quite well - great for dipping in crackers, celery, anything really.

:)

Very useful stuff is Philly cheese, our commonest I'm sure is well known, beat a pack of Philly with a pack of French Onion Soup powder, stick in the fridge to let the flavour mingle in for a few hours, delicious.

Did one with some left over Smoked Salmon and some well processed jalapenos a few weeks back - might have been a bit high on the chili for some :)

Cheers

Sounds good CG - the missus makes a tuna dip with philly, onions, parsley etc - it's pretty good and quite addictive.

I'll see if i can dig that one up.
