I am going to try this recipe with my favourite meat and will give a full report tomorrow after its BBQ'd.
The bits and pieces
1 Rabbit in portions
2 cloves Garlic, crushed
2 tsp Chiili powder
2 tsp Sweet Paprika
2 tsp Mustard
1 tsp ground Coriander
1 tsp ground Cumin
1 tsp fresh grond Pepper
1 tsp Salt
4 tbs Olive Oil
Mix, marinate and baste during grilling
Pics of it over the heat will be tomorrow

It turned out real good however, a litte bit spicey hot for the kids
First time i have BBQ'd Rabbit this way and yes it was gooood however, i dont think it beats my Lemon Dijon way of doing it

$20 a kilo - Blimey. The only rabbit I've every done is one I shot, skinned, etc. Benefit of growing up on a farm I suppose. Hmm maybe next time I go to the parents it'll be wabbit season...
