Pendle Hill Meat Market 128-138 Bungaree Road Pendle Hill NSW 2145 Phone: 9631 3133
I've bought fresh & frozen from them, (they don't seem to stock fresh very much) but their prices are fairly good, I do remember once they were well over stocked with fresh ones & had them on special, I got what the boss said would last me for years :D , took them home & vacuum sealed then into the deep freezer.
They lasted well less than 6 months :( :(
Love the taste :D

Thanks for the lead Chalky. Yeh, i dropped in there today on the way home to check the joint out. Yes, they do stock the Whites there @ $17.99/kg so i grabbed one as well as a frozen Duck/pickled hand of Pork and some Bacon. I was going to also get some American ribs but was not keen on the price.

Its well worth having the finger on another supplier of Rabbits which is great.

Thanks heaps,,,

For non frozen duck and other chookery stuff I go to The Red Lea factory outlet 421 - 427 Flushcombe Road, Blacktown ,south side of old h/way
Their ducks are a lot fresher & cheaper than their shop at Penrith & other outlets.
You won't look back :D

I sighted a sign today outside a butcher at South Treed. "Wild Rabbit" $10 each.
I wonder how he gets around that?
If trees screamed when we cut them down, We wouldn't. If they screamed all the time we would.

Hey Smokey. I am a little consused!!!!

Gets around what?????,,,, the fact that he can sell them for 10 bucks each or that he can legally sell wild ones. If its the latter, dont sweat as the last time i was browsing the meat section at my local Coles, they were selling wild Rabbits for $19.50/kg

If its i regards to his 10 buch price tag,,,man, thats pretty cheap :D

If you are using firefox or IE, I've found that if you hold down the CTRL key and scroll your mouse wheel, it will resize all the elements (text and pictures) on the page.

Good for people like me who need bigger text, but it sometimes does really strange things to images.

Hope this helps.

Cheers n beers,
