Grilled Brown Snake

Post by Captain Cook »

Step one - catch snake - don't be a wus and run away from it.
Chop it's head off with Moutain Micks new chopper
Skin it like you would peel the dress of Titch
Slice fillets off it and brine in white wine with salt and aromatics
lightly brush with a brown sugar and salt rub.
Smoke at a high heat for 12 minuts like you would do in a fish smoker
Go out for Dinner.

Cheers
