This was easy to make and gave two very difference styles - Pizza pretty normal with tomato base, chorizo and boccocini and Calzone with ricotta, spinach, boccocini and parmesan. Made a nice lunch.

I like pineapple in sweet and sour pork. Never have liked it on pizza, rather a hot sausage any day

The spinach, cheeses, nutmeg was ok but a bit bland for me, a bit of garlic and/or finely chopped onion if I make it again. The pizza side was fine.

Last time I had chorizo on a pizza was in NZ. I threw up about an hour later so never again.

Eating a pinnaple and chorizo pizza is an ugly way to die. I'd rather throw myself under a train.
