Haven't tried their "00" flour but I got my last batch of bread flour from All About Bread after being unhappy with the bread flour I got from Coles. Was very happy with the way stuff turned out compared to the supermarket stuff. Have only used it to make one loaf of bread and a batch of bagels so far. Been meaning to pick up some of their "00" flour for when I make pizza and pasta.
I just go direct to their Greenwood store which is north of the river but they have a list of places you can buy their products from here - http://www.allaboutbread.com.au/contact.php

- See more at: http://www.lighthousebaking.com.au/tipo ... sp1lK.dpufTipo 0 and Tipo 00 to describe how finely the flour is milled. Importantly the gluten levels in Tipo 00 flour can range from 6% – 12.5%. All to do with the difference in wheat grown in Europe vs Australia.
There is a common misunderstanding here in Australia that Tipo 00 is a pizza flour or at least suitable for making pizza dough.
