Pizza base too hard
Re: Pizza base too hard
I sometimes like to add a little bit of garlic powder to my pizza dough for a bit of extra garlicy goodness!

Re: Pizza base too hard
When using supermarket type pizza bases, put them on a pizza tray, and then sit the pizza tray on the stone.
This tempers the heat on the base some, making a noticeable difference.
Its all about trial and error, but the above will help.

Re: Pizza base too hard
I often use the wholemeal Lebanese style pizza bases from Bazzaar I think the brand is called.....I use a stone in my Q320 and use baking paper for the first 15 minutes, then take away (often burnt) paper then finish off on the stone...works for me.
