Gumb - yeah all good. Still firing up the kamado each weekend for a roast or pizza or something. Got me a coffee roaster for Christmas and so far roasted and drunk 14 kg of beans.

Polar bear? My memory must be fading.

Anyhow good to drop in. Every now and then an email pops in my inbox then nothing for ages.

Tomorrow's gonna be a leg of lamb in the kamado. I think there are still a couple of hanger steaks in the freezer so might knock them off too.

cheers

Not your memory, but mine is. I had a wine infused "moment" and mixed up your signature with Bodgy's as we also haven't seen him in a while.

I'd be interested to know if you've mixed your coffee and BBQ hobbies at all. Any coffee based rubs?

Is there anything we can do to make you drop in more often?

Thanks Bent, they are from a couple of months ago. I hope to be able to cook pizzas again in a month or so.

Yeast-
2.4g fresh yeast or 0.8g of dried yeast.
The dried yeast, are we talking something like the 7g sachets you get or Lowans bakers yeast? 0.8g of these doesn't seem like a lot.
Not sure where I would get fresh yeast from.
Firing up the wood fired pizza oven on Saturday.

Cheers
Rob
