True but in fairness to him he did go to Italy to win it.

what i meant is he would have the same excellent result using any good quality peeled tomatoes, it's not that that makes a special pizza

Ive got san marzanos that were imported from Italy about 30years ago
We have organically grown them and collected the seeds from the best one every year since then, in Melbourne.
I now grow them in Qld
They make a difference...in my mind
