Firstly close the back air vent up, light burner on high and add a bit of your favorite smoking wood.sawdust/pellets and close the door wait until it reaches 350F now be quick , open door slice pizzas one on each rack , you can cook one, two or three. set timer for 15 mintues , open spin the pizzas around by half close up and set for 10 more mins and now wait. after this time just check the base is crispy and the top is golden brown. , I use pizza trays.

How long did that take?

Does yours have any extra insulation or a seal around the door? I don't think I've ever managed to get the temp in mine anywhere near that high, even after ~20 min on high (with food in there)

Hi Peteru.

No extra insulation , just stock standard, shut the back vent up fully closed and on high mine will climb up to 400F = 204.44 degree Celsius. and that pic of 350F was taken about 2 minutes after put the two pizzas in an shuting up the door. a 350F =176.66 degree Celsius , cooking a pizza in a hark is not the quickest wat to cook a pizza but it works a around 25 minutes if you use pre-cooked bases and around 45minutes if you use fresh dough but don't make it to thick. .
