I want to start making my own snags. Mainly because I can’t find a chilli beef sausage hot enough for my liking but also to experiment with different flavours.
Can anyone tell me what the benefits are for using a sausage filler vs a decent electric mincer with filler attachment?
I would only be making 5kg batches of snags at a time.

What do you have now in the way of Kitchen Aide or such that you may buy attachments for?
