Italian Salami Time with Laura.

Hi,
Well wish I was this good. As you may well know it is that time of year for the Italian salami & sausage making to begin.
Credits to Laura & her father for the photo log here, thought some of you may appreciate it.
I am going to the Friday production run and shall post some more after that.
And by the way these are Red Capsicum & Pork salami.

Looking forward to it. Laura's father use to start with killing the pig first back when he was a lad.
Should be an informative day out in salami/sausage land...think northern suburbs of Melb.
