Finally here is some hams I did this year in Feb. Think these were boned and rolled Woolies legs. As usual perfect....had plenty of time to perfect my recipe but it has not altered much from the start of my smoking days. :)

I use a good cure to pump and then....the special "brine". I do have many a satisfied neighbours and friends. Not an over salty end product at all.
