This is the base that I use, I have changed it to my own tastes but the original is awesome.
I use the Blue kraft cheese, melts thru beautiful'
I also add Slap Yor Mama white pepper seasoning, great upper mouth Kick.
try Mountain Micks Recipes , further back in this Area, also great sausage bases, when you get use to them ,change to suit yourself, then the recipe becomes yours.
I poach mine till firm then smoke a few hours so I use Cure1

Thanks mate.
I'm making some Kransky, saveloy and American breakfast snags this weekend.
Smoking some Buckboard Bacon as well.
