Cold smoked cheese and eggs, first time

Thought I'd give cold smoking a go today. Got 4 beads going then added a dry piece of aprium on one side, and on the other side of the weber I added some chunks of cheese and later hard boiled eggs.

I took some of the cheese off at 20 mins, yum!!. I put the eggs on then, and am now waiting for them to finish off. All up the cheese will be there for 2 hours, and the eggs about 1 hour.

First time so all new to me but I'm loving the weber :)
