Excellent f&f. The dark colour I believe is due to the red wine used in it.food&fish wrote:Looks good how was the taste

Lesson no 2 when ordering something check size
The humidifier arrived I reckon it would humidifie a 12 by 12 room
But all isn't lost you can turn it down to just a whisper

Food&fish
Awesome work. Now I want to mod my second fermentation fridge so I can use a humidifier. Where did you get
1) humidity controller
2) humidifier
3) fan
And do you leave the fan on all the time or cycle it with the humidifier? I use computer fans but that one looks like it could push a lot more air.

No exact measurements apart from meat and salt.
Pork shoulder for meat, 3% salt, paprika, wine, fresh garlic, italian herbs, chilli.
Mix it up, cook a bit to taste and adjust if needed.
We put extra chilli in the small ones. A variety called Fatalii. Nice fruity flavour with loads of heat.
Now just have to play the waiting game. Cant wait to try it
