Excellent f&f. The dark colour I believe is due to the red wine used in it.

Just waiting on the humidifier tomorrow and all is go
Lesson when drilling hole in fridge side be careful just missed a gas pipe by this much :oops:

It also has the capability to be used as a beer fermenter in summer it will hold a 60 litre fermenter

Lesson no 2 when ordering something check size :oops:
The humidifier arrived I reckon it would humidifie a 12 by 12 room :oops:
But all isn't lost you can turn it down to just a whisper :P

Finished the fridge its currently running at a constant 16 deg with a humidity of 65 % will post photos when I tidy up the wiring :oops:

Awesome work. Now I want to mod my second fermentation fridge so I can use a humidifier. Where did you get
1) humidity controller
2) humidifier
3) fan
And do you leave the fan on all the time or cycle it with the humidifier? I use computer fans but that one looks like it could push a lot more air.

Got to go round a mates and make some sausage today. Have wanted to make it for a while but with someone that knew what they were doing.
Much easier than I thought.
The ones tied in 4 have some of my extra hot dried chilli powder in

No exact measurements apart from meat and salt.
Pork shoulder for meat, 3% salt, paprika, wine, fresh garlic, italian herbs, chilli.
Mix it up, cook a bit to taste and adjust if needed.
We put extra chilli in the small ones. A variety called Fatalii. Nice fruity flavour with loads of heat.
Now just have to play the waiting game. Cant wait to try it
