Hello,
I have a Weber Q 220 and when cooking a roast, use a Weber Q Convection Tray which comes with holes in the aluminium tray. The actual cooking of the meat has always been successful but I never have juices from the meat at the end of the cooking period to make a gravy. Is there any way that the juices can be captured during or at the end of the cooking process?
Thanks for any help that you can give me.
