I’m new here I’m keith from Perth, I own a black 3200 Q had it for about 2 years now and I’ve been experimenting recently smoking/low and slow
I was at central seafoods yesterday getting stuff for Christmas and I seen they have “game” there “ croc,roo,venison,quail,rabbit,spatchcock “
I’m wondering has anyone cooked up spatchcock or quail on the Q? How did you do it and what were your results ? I’m scared there a small bird and will be hard to cook ?
