I was thinking about adding a Tel Tru thermometer to the Weber Q until I saw the price @$90.
They reckon Man-Law makes good thermometers so I tried out their glow in the dark two inch model.

It fits nicely in front of the Q
A bit worried if the probe was too long and would stick into the roasts as it wasn't clear how long it was. It works fine, lots of space for the two chooks under the lid and they don't hit the probe. The probe length is 8 cm/3 inches.
