I have a Ziggy Turbo Classic four burner and use bottled LPG. I'm finding the temperature gauge only gets as high 170 degrees with the hood closed and both RQT burners on maximum. They are setup in the default configuration of with the two RQT burners on the same side under the grill.
I would have thought that with the two RQT burners running I should be able to maintain a much higher temperature. In order to maintain a higher temperature I need to have one of the traditional has burners on low under the hot plate, and therefore are roasting with indirect heat.
I'd like to know what experiences other Turbo owners have with temperature levels while roasting on the Ziggy.
