Bacon Wrapped Scotch Egg

Hi all, this is my first real Food/picture post so bare with me.

this is a bacon wrapped scotch egg I tried on a cedar plank on my Turbo Elite a few weeks ago.

and some grilled tomatoes of course

added some spinach and avocado

and hope for the best on the carve

all in all I was pretty happy. next time I want bother with the Cedar Plank though.

Hey now! Delicious looking eggs. Cant say I have ever tried them, sign me up though, looks awesome.

Tried much of the Cedar planking? Got a few lengths of it at home to try. Just havnt got around to it yet, curious to see how she tastes

I have done a lot of salmon on them. But I must admit we have gone away from the cedar plank lately. It adds unique flavor which got a bit much for the wife.
I'm more of a steak guy.
