Hi all.

I recently purchased a Q320 and absolutely love it.
The only issue I have with it, is that there is no inbuilt storage in the trolley for bits and pieces / accessories.
Where do you Q owners store your bits?

I got a Hostess trolley, put all the hot plates and grills on the bottom rack and use the top rack as a prep area!! its on wheels & easy to move

I just joined the forum was looking around for some advise on the WeberQ having just bought one, I've never used gas before always a charcoal kettle so needed it

I didn't get a trolley, seemed a bit expensive but I had a spare roll around tool box that was doing nothing, a cheapy from Deals Direct I think. The Weber sits nicely on top and lots of drawer space for all the nick knacks - seems ideal, just need to fashion up a decent cover and all fixed

Give me a few days, managed to move. start a new biz AND buy a new BBQ, all in a few weeks - typical me

The cover I'm still mulling over, need to go hardware and Spotlight browsing, but the tool box really does work, this weekend I'll be taking a load off the indoor kitchen by moving all the BBQ stuff to its nice safe and lockable drawers - just needs weather proofing, which in 37 degree weather today I can take a little time on to get it right.

I don't think any off-the-shelf cover is going to work, maybe a weather proof tarpaulin cut to fit, trouble is I lack a sewing machine that could stitch that up, might be some of the radical glues around now and a laborious threading job with waterproof thread

We'll see, I have difficulty thinking "inside the box" too many years in IT

Careful with the cover, it really needs to breathe. In humid areas the cover traps in the moisture from the humid air and creates an ideal place for insects and nasties to hide and grow.

A very good point Cap'n

I never bother with the kettles, just hose them off and never had bugs, but the Q is just too pretty

I shall have to look for some material that breathes.
